Okay, here's the story behind this... In 1987 I worked as a PA on a series of Chevy truck commercials. The director's name was Don [last name withheld]. He was a bit of a prima donna and drove the crew crazy. Hanging from the rear view mirror in the production truck was a rubber shrunken head, not unlike what you see here. The PAs started calling it Don Zombiehead in effigy of our director, which ultimately led to my creation of this cartoon splashpage. I wonder what Don's up to these days...
